We have been boarding our friends dogs for years but have decided to make it official. “My dog loves staying with the O family!” That’s the kind of feedback we’re proud to hear. I left my 8-year Golden with Christy and her family for 24 hours while I was attending a wedding in Redondo beach. They were all so sweet and helped Basin feel right at home. They are all very clearly dog people! I highly recommend Christy if you are ever in the area and need a good home for your pup.
Christy was amazing!! She sent updates and pictures and our dog looked so happy throughout her stay. When we picked Sasha up she was happy and it was clear she had a great time with Christy! Would definitely have Sasha stay there again!!
Christy and her family were so great and welcoming to our pup. He was loved, well cared for, and so happy when we picked him up that we knew he was in the perfect place. We feel lucky to have found Christy’s home and have no doubt we will use her again.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We left our golden retriever with this wonderful family and their golden while we were out of town celebrating our son’s birthday. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent and they made us feel completely at ease. Our dog had the best time — it was her very first time staying with another golden retriever, and the two of them clearly had a blast together! Knowing she was in such loving, attentive hands allowed us to fully enjoy our family trip without worry. The updates and photos we received were such a treat. This family clearly adores dogs and provides genuine, caring, home-away-from-home care. We are already planning to book them again for our next trip. Highly, highly recommend!
Christy was a wonderful sitter for Kobe! She checked in often and with the cutest photos and was attentive to her needs and our messages. Kobe was comfortable and safe and it shows in her playful pictures.

Schedule
My husband and boys are home for the summer and I work from home 3x days/week so your pet will be surrounded by a family member at all times.

My pet is like my third child. She is surrounded by a loving family. We also have a house near the beach with plenty of space, a fenced yard in a beach community. We also have a friendly dog to keep your pet company.

A typical day
Regular morning and evening walks in our neighborhood, play time in the yard (fetch, tug of war) along with indoor play, beach visits/walks, cuddles and relaxation time.
