Hi, I'm Christy! I love animals and I'm really excited to get out and walk your furry friend whenever you need me. I grew up walking and bathing dogs for family, friends, and neighbors. More recently I have been earning experience taking care of my senior retriever into his golden years. At this point I am experienced in taking seniors out for their mid day walks, exercising dogs with high energy and dogs with a little extra "love". Drop ins are usually a lot of playing and tummy rubs.

Christy took such good care of our dog Sherlock yesterday. He is 14 years old and Christy was very patient with him and loving. We felt Sherlock was in good hands while we were away from our camper.
Christy was excellent. Great communication and sent pics so we knew just how things were going. Will definitely book her again.

Christy responded to an urgent emergency late night request for an unplanned drop in and was absolutely on top of it. She was fast, responsive, communicated well, sent photos, asked the right questions and gave me a sense of calm that my Goldens were taken care of. Would recommend & look forward to booking again.
Christy was an excellent care person for our dog while we were away on vacation. She was reliable and on time and our pup loved her. When our flight was delayed, she was able to accommodate and add a last-minute walk, and we greatly appreciated that. We would definitely use her again in the future!

Schedule
I love doing morning walks every day. Its a great time to get pups tired out to settle in for the day. I also offer walks all day on Mondays and Fridays, Tues/Wed/Thur after 6pm and before 9am. I am available Tuesday through Thursday 9-6 only if allowed to bring a tagalong. Weekends pending availability.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
I always come prepared with my own leash and dog bags. On rainy days I bring a towel to wipe paws as we come in from outside. I have a leash strap for my waist (used by request) so even the craziest pullers are no worry. I do my best to make your dog feel pampered and content the whole service.

A typical day
I love taking dogs for runs to get our wiggles out for the day. At the same time, I have worked with plenty of seniors and have learned when to take it easy. I'm happy to go at your dogs pace. If they are high energy and want to see everything there is to see we'll get moving. If they want to stop and smell the roses I am happy to go slow. I understand every dog has different needs.
