We are available to give you and your fur baby (or babies) the best Rover experience on the platform. We accept just one family at a time for even greater care and attention. When your pup stays with us you can rest assured he or she is in good hands, well cared for and having as much fun as you are (and probably more)! My husband and I have no kids in the house, so the dogs get all the love and attention they can stand. We do have a cat who spends most of his time hiding and sleeping. (We have several options for keeping kitty away from dog guests, so don't worry about that.) While your dog is with us he or she will get a minimum of 3-4 walks a day. We work from home full-time so the dogs are never alone for long. We are very active and love going for walks - or runs. We provide an activity level commensurate with your dog's energy level. You can also expect: - Regular feeding (scheduled as requested) - Lots of play time - Oral Medication (if needed) - Multiple photos/updates throughout their stay (for your peace of mind, not theirs). - Lots of snuggles, petting, and love Flexible Drop-off and Pick-up times: We are very flexible... just ask! We've also been known to provide dropoff and pickup at Lagoon for you and your family if we're dog sitting while you have a fun day... just ask.

So grateful we found Luke & Christy - they were so awesome with multiple updates, the best photos, and obviously loved on my pups so well! They were flexible when our flight was delayed til pretty late. Pups came back happy, healthy, and tired from so much play (which is saying a lot for border collies!!!)

Christy and Luke really took Angie in and made her comfortable. She usually struggles to eat when she’s in a new place and yet she found it safe enough to eat on day one. They also gave regular status updates and texts. I’d totally use them again!

They've completely changed my mental framework for what's possible by allowing me to travel separate from my best friend when need be, without the constant worry I'm used to having over her. Schedule
Luke and Christy both work from home full-time so your fur baby is never alone for long. We can let dogs out regularly throughout the day and night, as needed.

Safety, trust & environment
We love to walk (and run) and can let pups out regularly for potty breaks. We also have regular access to a nearby neighbor's fully fenced yard for off-leash play time (while our yard is mostly fenced). We feed as directed, both amount and time of day so our furry friends are kept on their normal schedule to limit their stress of being in a new environment. And, yes, dogs ARE allowed on furniture in our home... couches and beds and snuggle time is always welcome! If providing drop-in visits, we will leave your home in the same (or better) condition than you leave it. Need mail brought in? Plants watered? Trash put out or cans brought in? No problem. Just let us know what you prefer and need.
Pets
A typical day
We live near the Fruit Loops trails and Bair Canyon. Our neighborhood is full of friendly dogs and great trails and sidewalks to sniff and explore. Feel free to pack some of their favorite toys - we are happy to play tug and fetch. Our neighbor lets us use her fully fenced yard for off leash running, too.
