Hi! I’m Christy. Dogs have always been part of my life, and I truly can't imagine a home without them. There's something special about each and every dog, learning their unique personality, and making them feel safe and loved. As a lifelong dog owner, I know how difficult it can be to leave your pup with someone else. That's why I care for every dog as if they were my own. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away knowing your dog is happy, comfortable, and receiving lots of love and attention. I currently share my home with my friendly 10-year-old Cockapoo, Luna, who loves having canine visitors. My partner, Trevor, and I have both cared for dogs through Rover as well as for friends and family over the years, so your pup will be in experienced, caring hands.

Christy was wonderful with our dog. It was our first time leaving her with a dogsitter, and we were nervous because she has a lot of puppy energy still (she is one). But Christy was lovely, she sent regular updates and photos, and our dog came home so happy. I would absolutely recommend Christy! She is warm, quick to reply, and professional. Thank you so much!
Christy was absolutely great!!! I do recommend Christy's services!!! The fact that she picked up Weza at our place was very convenient and we were kept informed about Weza all the time with the cutest pictures! I can say that actually our dog was a bit sad when Christy dropped her off and left. Great service!

Not only is Christy incredibly caring and kind, she is well-organized and will always go above and beyond what you ask of her. She has a deep unwavering love for all animals and is always the first to step up if someone needs help taking care of their pet. She has spent the past year raising a puppy of her own and made the necessary sacrifices in order to make sure her dog has had everything and anything they could need day-in and day-out. You can have full confidence that if you choose Christy, your pet will be well taken care of and well loved every single day that you are away.
My dog always has a great time at Christy's! She is very attentive and takes really good care of any animals in her care. Christy is always my number one choice for petsitting.

I work from home full-time, so your pup will have company for most of the day and won't be left alone for long periods. Walks are part of our daily routine, and we love visiting Clover Point and Dallas Road for fresh air, exercise, and lots of sniffing opportunities. Between walks, your dog will enjoy potty breaks, playtime, naps, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I'm also comfortable administering medications and following your dog's regular routine, so they experience as little disruption as possible.

Sécurité, confiance et environnement
Your dog's safety and happiness are always my top priorities. We live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment with an elevator, making it accessible for dogs of all ages. Our balcony has an additional safety barrier installed, and access can be supervised or restricted depending on your dog's needs. Luna is a calm, friendly Cockapoo who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making her a great companion for visiting pups. I'm naturally very organized and pay close attention to the little details—from feeding schedules and medications to potty routines and favourite sleeping spots. I know every dog is different, and I'm happy to follow their routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. As a dog owner myself, I also know how reassuring it is to receive updates while you're away. I love getting photos of Luna when I'm travelling, so I'll send regular photos and messages to keep you updated on all of your pup's adventures. If Trevor or I ever need to step out briefly, we also have indoor cameras so we can check in remotely and ensure everyone is safe and comfortable.

Every dog has their own personality, and I love getting to know what makes them happiest. Whether your pup enjoys long walks, playing with Luna, exploring new smells, or simply curling up nearby while I work, I'll tailor the day to their energy level and routine. My hope is that your dog feels like they're on their own little vacation—filled with fun, affection, and a calm, loving home. By the time you pick them up, they'll have made a new friend, enjoyed lots of adventures, and hopefully be happily tired from a wonderful stay. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup!
