I would like to know if they have any medical conditions that I need to be aware of. Their age and level of fitness are also important so I know to plan walks that won't exhaust them. When they typically eat and what amount. How they react to other dogs and people so I know how to handle them when walking. I would also like to know if they have a preffered way to be petted, for example my dog Bear likes having the bottom of his neck scratched and behind his ears rubbed.
A typical day
I walk them around the neighborhood, get down and play with them, I particularly like playing tug of war with them when the proper toys are available. I also bring a tennisball with me in case the dog likes to play fetch.

Pet care experience
I and my family have been caring for a large variety of animals since I was a kid. I have looked after dogs, cats, rabbits and others. I have handled small jobs like taking my sisters friend's energetic husky on walks through their neighborhood. I have done things like take care of my neighbors dog and their rabbit while they were away for a week. I kept a family friends deaf dog Mickey at my house for about a month so I have some experience taking care of special needs dogs. I really love dogs and enjoy taking them on walks.

Did great with Cooper. He is usually very leary of men, but he warmed up the Christopher right away.
Chris is extremely responsible and absolutely loves pets. I have entrusted Chris to watch our large dogs and rabbit every time we go out of town for any length of time. Our dogs love seeing him and he loves being around them. He pays attention to details and goes the extra length and time to make sure the dogs are well cared for and happy and calm when he leaves. I appreciate having Chris available so that I have nothing to worry about when I am out of town.
I highly recommend Chris as a loving pet caregiver. He is reliable and genuinely caring when it comes to animals. While looking after my dog and walking her , he was very attentive and made sure that my dog felt comfortable.
Chris is a great, friendly, and extremely conscientious young adult. I've known Chris for approximately ten years and have come to admire his studious and inquisitive behavior. I think he will take good care of all the animals entrusted to his care.
