Hi, I'm Chris 👋🏾 I'm a lifelong animal lover with over a decade of professional experience in animal shelters, boarding, and private sitting, as well as an ever-growing extensive knowledge of pet products, nutrition, and ethology. So far, my most valuable work experience has been my years spent at the Nashville Humane Association (Nashville, TN). With a 99% save-rate our priorities were simple: rescue, rehabilitation and return or rehoming of lost and abandoned animals. In addition to maintaining the facilities, I spent every day there performing behavioral assessments in order to create strategies for care and socialization. We were determined to give every animal that came to us another chance at a forever home. Because of this, I am comfortable and confident working with cats and dogs of all breeds and personalities and I am committed to providing a personalized care experience catered to your pet's unique needs. I am responsible, respectful, and I promise to spoil your furry family members while you're away. I never give treats or food that haven’t been provided or approved by the owner. I'm happy to stay overnight (when my schedule allows it) as well as dropping in for multiple visits during the day. I do great with young pups who love to play for hours, as well as senior dogs who might need special care, medication or just a more relaxed environment. I’ll give you daily updates and send pictures and videos so that you can enjoy your time away with the peace of mind that your pets are safe and happy! :)

Christopher must be a genuine soul because my dogs flocked to him immediately as if they’ve known him for ages. He was professional and kind. He followed all my little instructions for my two fur babies which is much appreciated. My dogs seemed happy and pooped after their afternoon walk. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Blue was very happy after his 3 mile walk with Christopher!
We came home to a clean house and a happy dog! We particularly appreciated his commitment to getting to know our dog (Mookie) and his quirks. Mookie has also been better on the leash, an added bonus!
Christopher is super great with communication, that is a major plus for me because I feel anxious when she’s not with me. He took the sweetest photos of my pets and brought yummy steak treats! Definitely recommend, thank you so much!
I really appreciated Chris's time and effort with the cats. He was a great communicator both before, during, and after the visits and sent photos and videos. The cats seemed to really like him and he was respectful of my roommate and the space. Will book again.

Schedule
I have open availability to meet your pet care needs. Currently I am available to provide full time pet care, including overnight availability. If your pet has any specific scheduling needs, please let me know.

- Having a sound understanding of any medical needs is a must for me, as well as disclosure of any past incidents of aggression and possible triggers, so that I am able to keep my animals healthy and happy and maintain peace within the pack. In addition, I'd love to know what I can do to make them feel comfortable and calm if/when they start to get sad or anxious. I love all breeds, but have a soft spot for big cuddlers! :)
