I currently WFH with very flexible hours, i am available to walk/care for dogs most days. I am familiar with the hiking trails around my area if that is an activity your dog likes to do or just a regular neighborhood walk. 1to1 Playtime is also important for some breeds and i enjoy doing that too.

Freya is my current baby in the house, she's still a puppy at time of writing(March 2026) and i've never seen her agressive to other dogs. She loves to play and has a good amount of energy, I will of course monitor all play and can seperate her via Crate / seperate rooms if necessary.
A typical day
Hiking, Fetch, Jolly ball chasing, rope toys, tug toys, puzzle toys etc etc. direct engagement with pets during play is important. Also kong or chews, bully sticks etc can be available but only if your ok with that.

Pet care experience
I grew up with animals in my home and always loved having them around and taking care of them. My beloved min-pin Gruve passed away in 2024 after a long life of living in CA and his last few years in CO. Freya came to live with my in late 2024, female dobie pup, very friendly and lots of energy. I've watched my neighbors dogs in the past and enjoyed having them over for stays. I am experienced in giving medications and injections(Gruve was diabetic) Currently WFH in Castle Rock and have a house with a big enough backyard for doggos to play. There is also enough room for them to get comfortable and rest. Also i've attended the Castle Rock MOC K9 obedience course and can help with basic obidience, anxiety and focused 1to1 play engagement. I will treat your pet kindly and give lots of attention to their needs. and a play buddy Freya. Looking forward to meeting another furry friend!

Christopher was a fantastic dog walker and caregiver for my little poodle Arnold. He was prompt on arriving at the time I requested. He took the time to make sure my poodle needed any special care. And Arnold was always so happy when he came back from walks with Christopher! I can't recommend him more.
I get the honor of seeing Christopher's love for his dog first hand! Regular exercise multiple times a day, consistent feeding schedules, as well as walks (or hikes!). Freia is in great hands, and I know that Christopher would be excellent in caring for any other dog he'd meet.
