Dog Loving Family
We are the Hockstra family and we love pets! Our 2 goldens are waiting to play! We can take care of dogs over the age of one and can love in your two fur babies at the same time. When you are out of town, working long hours, or taking care of other obligations, you can count on us to provide your pets with the same level of care and love that we provide our own pets. We have a fenced in backyard ready for lots of playtime. Our two golden retrievers love having friends over to play. Lola is 5 and Lemon is 6 months old, so we know how to care for puppies. We also have experience giving special care to older dogs. Our dog Blue, passed away this last year at 13 years old. We know how to love on pets in their later years. Daycare is considered 8 hours.

Christopher and Laura took great care of my French bulldog, Princeton. He seemed to have a wonderful time playing with their two friendly golden retrievers, Lola and Lemon. Their daughter was also involved and helped make his stay a positive experience. I really appreciated how patient and attentive they were when I went over Princeton's routines and preferences. They took the time to listen and made me feel confident that he would be well cared for. Their fenced backyard was another big plus, and I think Princeton thoroughly enjoyed having a safe outdoor space to run around and play. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would happily recommend Christopher and Laura to anyone looking for caring, thoughtful dog sitters. Princeton came home happy and well cared for!
Incredibly grateful for Chris and Laura. Their family welcomed our two dogs with open arms, having them at their house and going above and beyond to make them comfortable. They sent us regular checking and made us feel great that our dogs were safe and happy. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Laura and Chris took amazing care of our boy, Duke! He had so much fun playing with their two dogs, and he came home happy and worn out! They sent lots of photos and videos and were overall wonderful with communication. Duke will definitely be back for another visit!
We can’t say enough good things about Laura, Chris, and their family! From the very first, it felt like our two Sheepadoodles were welcomed as part of the pack. We booked a full 6 days and every evening they would be exhausted in the best way, always excited to return. Laura and Chris were kind, communicative, and clearly dog-experts! Can’t recommend them enough!

Schedule
Our dogs, Lola & Lemon always welcome another four legged friend! We are open weekdays and most weekends and happy to help for any last minute boarding/care. Last we are available for drop ins to your home.

We have a big fenced in backyard ready for lots of playtime and a big basement to enjoy. Your pets will maintain their customary diet and routine. We have an extra crate if your pup wants or needs a quiet place to rest. We are a smoke free home.

A typical day
We live to play ball in the yard & we have a big unfinished basement to run around in. We like to take car trips around down, but if your dog is best out if the car that is fine. We like to have pup cups (whip cream) and our daughter has friends over a lot. Get ready for lots of snuggles!
