I grew up in a family where dogs and cats were always part of everyday life, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. As a caregiver, I have worked with all types of dogs, including big, strong, and sometimes challenging breeds such as Pit Bulls and Rottweilers. For many years our own family dog was a Great Dane / English Mastiff mix — a gentle giant who sadly passed away in 2025. Living with such a large dog taught me a lot about reading dog behavior, staying calm, and making sure dogs feel safe and comfortable. Today I live with my family in a relaxed, dog-friendly home with our own large outdoor patio, and we are just a short walk from Domino Park — perfect for calm walks and outdoor time. We have two young daughters (both under 6) who have grown up around dogs and are very gentle and respectful with them. Because of this family environment, I mainly host dogs that are comfortable around children and enjoy being part of a calm home setting. When dogs stay with us, they are treated like part of the family. They are not left alone for long periods, they get regular walks, attention, and a comfortable place to relax. I run my own design practice and work from home about 99% of the time, which means dogs staying with us get a lot of supervision, company, and care throughout the day. I know how stressful it can feel to leave your dog behind when traveling, so my goal is always to make sure both dogs and owners feel completely comfortable and at ease. Whether your dog needs walks, companionship, or a comfortable place to stay while you are away, I treat every dog as if they were my own.

Christopher and his family were wonderful sitters. He was very communicative, sent photos, and kept us up to date on how our pups were doing. I was very glad to know the pups were doing well while I was away. I highly recommend booking with Christopher and I definitely will again!
What a great experience! My 10yr old small dog had such a wonderful visit. Chris & Sabina were lovely to work with and ensured a stress free vacation for my husband and I. They sent regular (and adorable) photo updates and made sure our dog felt right at home. Can’t wait to use them again in the future, highly recommend!
I cannot thank Christopher, Gabina, and their two lovely daughters enough for taking such wonderful care of Alfred for 10 days. Chris and Sabina stepped in last minute to help take care of our Pablo. They came over on very short short notice and learned the routine which we really appreciated. They also took good care of Pablo while we were away!

I run my own design practice and work from home about 99% of the time, which allows me to be very present and flexible for the dogs in my care. Walks, playtime, and regular attention easily fit into my daily routine.

A typical day includes several walks (often to Domino Park nearby), playtime, relaxing on our outdoor patio, and plenty of attention. Dogs are part of our daily family routine and receive lots of care and companionship throughout the day.
