Chris cared for our dog (who is very anxious) and our cat for 2 days and overnight last weekend. Similarly to our first booking (last June for 5 nights) Chris was prompt and professional in his communication with us setting up the booking and in the lead up to the stay. Chris was calm and thoughtful in his approach to caring for our pets and discussed their neds prior to the stay. We have an anxious dog who, will resource guard, and has bitten members of our family before, in certain situations. This needs to be handled carefully by anyone providing care, and Chris was able to take on this information and look after our dog. Unfortunately, there was an incident where out dog did bite Chris on the hand. Chris alerted us to this and provided information and reassurance about this whilst we were away. He adjusted his approach (to prevent a re-occurrence) continuing to provide everything our dog needed despite the incident. We were very thankful for this, and it is a demonstration of Chris’ commitment to the animals he cares for that he continued to do this. I would definitely recommend Chris as an excellent sitter, or walker, for any pets. Thanks again for all you help.

Chris did a great job looking after our dog, Juno, for the night and into the next day. He was very attentive to Juno & he was also very respectful of our house too. He sent regular updates & photos. I’d 100% recommend Chris!

Chris looked after Wallace and Ozzy brilliantly. From the very start he was reliable and easy to communicate with, and he followed all instructions carefully. He stayed in our home, which he looked after really well, and it gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, the dogs absolutely loved him. I can thoroughly recommend Chris as a dog sitter and walker following him sitting at our house looking after our dog and cat. Chris responded promptly when I first contacted him. We were trying to arrange quite short notice dog and cat sitting due to a previous arrangement breaking down. Despite this he was as able to work around our dates to be able to provide the care we needed. Our dog can be anxious and has a tendency to resource guard. Chris was excellent at arranging to visit our house to meet our dog to get an idea of his needs and accompanied mr on a walk with him. He then, also, arranged to take our dog out on his own, for a walk. This provided Chris and us with the confidence to go ahead with the sit. Chris provided daily updates (messages, photos and video) whilst we were away which was great feedback. I know our dog loved the care he received. Chris is engaging, thoughtful and caring of the animals he is looking after. His calm demeanour was great for both our pets and ourselves! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris as a sitter and to ask him to sit again in future.

Christopher was an absolutely brilliant pet sitter who took exceptional care of our cat while we were away. From the moment we met him, it was clear he had a genuine love for animals and a calm, reassuring presence that immediately put our cat at ease. He was not only reliable and punctual but also incredibly attentive to our cat’s needs. He maintained our usual feeding schedule, kept the litter box clean, and spent quality time playing and bonding with our cat each day. He sent us regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Christopher is responsible, trustworthy, observant, and compassionate — all the qualities you’d want in someone looking after your pet. He showed great attention to detail, noticed subtle changes in our cat’s behavior, and wasn’t afraid to reach out with questions if anything seemed off. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
