Work-From-Home Dog Dad in Poconos
Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, both growing up and as an adult. Right now I share my home with my nine-month-old golden retriever, so I'm fully in the world of puppy energy, training, and keeping curious noses out of trouble. I've also helped my mom raise several litters of Newfoundland puppies. That taught me how to handle big breeds and wiggly newborns, and how much patience and routine young dogs need. I know that every dog has its own personality, and I pay attention to what yours needs to feel comfortable and safe.

Schedule
I work from home, so I'm around throughout the day during the week and on weekends too. Your dog won't spend long stretches alone. Their day can include regular potty breaks, meals on your schedule, and plenty of company. If your dog enjoys being active and is up for it, I love taking dogs hiking on the trails nearby. For dogs who'd rather keep things low-key, relaxed walks and couch time work just as well. I'll follow your dog's usual routine as closely as possible.

Your dog stays in my home, where they'll be treated like part of the family. I don't have a fenced yard, so every trip outside is on a leash, with no exceptions. That way your dog is always under my control and never has a chance to wander off. I live in a quiet rural area without busy roads, which makes for calm, low-stress walks. I'll introduce your dog to my golden retriever slowly and supervise their time together. I'm also happy to send photos and updates so you always know how your pup is doing.
