I primarily work from home, doing 3D design and printing. This gives me a ton of flexibility to my schedule. My girl (12 year old husky) is the timidest thing, but knows I’m always ready to see to her needs. While I have certain weekly commitments, I try to maintain flexibility, and none of them are locked to a particular day or time slot.

Safety, trust & environment
Trust is one of the most important factors when leaving a pet in someone’s care, so I strive to follow owner instructions and maintain it. I am a guest in my client’s home, and in that pet’s home. Depending on their needs, I’m often willing to go the extra mile, and I don’t mind getting a little messy or covered in fur or a few scratches if you’ve got a big cuddler or a skittish cat that just wants fed, water refreshed, and me gone.
Information Christopher B. would like to know about your pet
If your pet has any special needs or quirks, it’s important to let me know so I can accommodate. Things like medication, or excitable tendencies to watch out for, or anything to help better ensure your pet’s (and my own) safety!
A typical day
I’m always ready to burn off some energy with an excitable pup or take a leisurely stroll with an elder dog. I like to get to know their personalities and occasionally introduce a new toy or change up our walking routine to keep things fresh. I’m a huge fan of all our cuddlers who like getting brushed while we sit and enjoy the weather!

Pet care experience
I’ve had pets all my life. I grew up with a golden lab who always had to have the last word, several bird dogs and their litters, a border collie smarter than his own good, and some very opinionated huskies. I’ve been adopted by several cats, and my phone thinks my best friend’s cat is actually my best friend. I’ve pet sat for neighbors and friends since childhood, and was always first to volunteer to take the dogs around the block or take up the feather and provide a suitable opponent for a zoomed up cat, and even night watchman for mischievous (and adorable) pet rats. Our fur friends can’t always speak for themselves, so I pay extra attention to them, to make sure they’re happy, healthy, and living their best life!
Reviews

Christopher took great care of our dogs and our house while we were gone. He also earned bonus points for doing some yard work. I appreciate that he sent us pictures of our fur babies, because we missed them while gone away. He exercised, and fed them, and gave 2 of 4 their medication. I would highly recommend Christopher.
Chris has helped take care of all 3 pets of my pets, 2 cats and a dog, at some point or another over the last 5 years. He's done a great job each time. The thing that surprises me most is how fast cats take a liking to him, they just love him and when he's around my cats demand his attention. Chris is great and his love for animals really shows!
Chris is reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely loves animals. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is happy and comfortable while I'm away. I appreciate the daily updates and photos he sends me during his visits, which gives me peace of mind knowing my furry friend is in good hands. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter/walker.
Chris did a wonderful job watching our place and our elder pup for a week while we were away! Because our dog is old, she has a hard time adjusting to other care options such as being boarded or traveling with us, which makes taking family vacations or short getaways very hard. We are incredibly grateful for Chris's willingness to stay at our house for the entire time we were gone, allowing us the opportunity to take a much-needed spring break with our kids! His attention to her needs and consistent communication let us feel confident she'd get her hand prepped meals, ensure her safety, and get 3x daily walks around the block. Chris left our house clean and well maintained. We will absolutely use him again in the future!
