My dog is almost 13 years old. Before Covid, he was very social with other dogs and humans. When I needed pet care while traveling, I sent him, since he was a puppy, to doggy daycare. But since Covid, and because of his age, boarding him was no longer an option. I was hesitant to sign up with a dog sitting service as I was leery to have a complete stranger stay in my home with my dog. He is extremely territorial (my home is his home) and our interactions with others has been limited at best over the last three years. It was hard for me to let go. Because of my initial fears, it was imperative to meet with prospective dog sitters first, in my home to establish a comfort level, both for me and for my dog. I met with five prospects. Christine was, hands down, the most qualified to care for my dog. For the approximately 2 hour meet & greet, I observed her with my dog and my dog with her. She was not only cognizant of his Idiosyncrasies and quirks, but was able to meet his needs. Christine took him on a number of walks per day, took him for drives and to the park. She provided photographs and updates throughout the day. In short, I trusted her implicitly. When I returned the house was immaculate. If I did not know better, I would never have known someone had spent 13 days in my living space. I highly recommend Christine. She is a dog whisperer. She is professional. And she clearly knows what she is doing.

Christine was the best Dog Sitter ever! Christine watched our 3 dogs on Thanksgiving Day so that we could travel and enjoy the holiday with our family and friends. Christine arrived an hour early so she could acclimate herself with our Dogs while we were still at home. Our 3 dogs immediately took to Christine and we left feeling confident that our little ones will be in good hands. I will call upon Christine every time I need someone to watch our cherished companions.

Christine's review of me is laughable. First off, she does not live in a home that is suitable for dog sitting. The studio cannot be larger than 400 sq foot her poor pup is contained to a strip of space in a kennel and there is barely room to walk given the kennel and her bed. I was not "scared" of her dog as she says she's "directly quoting me", she needs to learn the meaning of direct quotes. The reason I didn't leave STARBOY not SUPERBOY, It's literally on our profile lady, but it's all good, is because she asked me if Starboy bites, I said no but when he plays he does sometimes play with other dogs with a little playful mouthy action, never malicious. I've never had a dog of my own before Starboy but other owners have told me that that is normal and the older dog will correct that behavior. When I told her that he plays that way sometimes she seemed not to understand what I meant, was taken aback, and her demeanor changed. I cannot explain it but she had a look on her face that did not bring me comfort. Her response to my answer was not comforting, that's why I didn't leave my Pup. Not because I was scared of her dog. I just would not have felt comfortable leaving Starboy given her response to my answer, plain and simple.

Unhappy with her professionalism. My complaint is too long to list here. I would like a refund for one night as I unexpectedly had to get my dog sooner. I have contacted DogVacay about this situation to explain everything.

Christine went above and beyond my expectations by taking outstanding care of Lulu. Her apartment is tailored to a dog's comfort, and her dogs are very friendly and welcoming. Christine is a professional, and cares so much about dogs, in general. She is very tuned in with the needs of the dogs in her care. I had all day access through frequent photo updates. Lulu is very sensitive, and typically doesn't eat when we leave, but she ate her full dinner and laid down for a nap. I would highly recommend Christine to watch any dog. She is a gem!

I booked Christine to watch my two babies over the weekend so that I could go to Yosemite. It is difficult for me to leave my fur babies behind...however, I dropped them off inside of Christine's home and instantly felt comfortable. Her fur babies were so gentle and sweet with mine. I could tell that it was going to be ok. I got pictures and updates a few times a day which also gave me peace of mind. Christine groomed my older dog without me even asking and took care of a benign growth with ointments and special shampoo. She fed them home-made food, walked them multiple times a day, and just gave them so much attention. They were so happy to see me come to get them, but they also gave Christine so much love before we said goodbye. I will definitely be using Christine again. I am sooooo thankful to have found this angel that loves my babies and treats them so well. She went above and beyond...THANK YOU CHRISTINE!!!
