Summertime Sitter for Cats & Dogs
I became a cat lover later in life, taking in a stray after a snow storm on Christmas day. Prior to that I was a self-described dog person. Now, I love cats and dogs equally as they both have special traits. I've had two family dogs during my childhood, and two during adulthood. I've dog-sat for a friend's senior dog during their summer vacations, and I've cat-sat for my sister's family cat, feeding, administering insulin shots, and giving him a little love. I trained my parents' nervous rescue dog to walk on a leash (taking months of patience!). I would love to walk or sit your family pet while you're at work, away for the weekend, or on vacation. As a school teacher, my summer schedule is flexible.

I can care for your cat in your home or in my home (I have one friendly mature cat). I can walk your dog in your neighborhood, or dog sit in your home.

Christine is fantastic. She took wonderful care of our older cat on multiple occasions when neither I nor my husband could be home. Our cat, Rocky is older and is need of some extra care due to diabetes and worsening arthritis. Christine was able to administer Rocky’s medication twice each day (morning and evening). This medication had to be measured and then delivered via a syringe. Christine was able to so this with no problems. Christine has a calm demeanor and nurturing nature which put both my pet and me at ease. In addition, she stayed in communication with us on a regular basis, eliminating the stress of leaving our cat and knowing his medication was delivered. I highly recommend her for any of your pets needs.
I can’t say enough about how happy I am to have Christine to care for my fur baby! Christine has cared for my cat on multiple occasions. She is reliable, caring and very professional. She has made daily visits as well as accommodated overnight stays when needed and provides regular updates after each visit. I highly recommend Christine, she has been a great fit for us. Schedule
For the summer, I have a flexible schedule and I can accommodate various times. We can work out a schedule based on your pet's needs.

- Let me know your pet’s favorite toys, games, and treats. Knowing anything that scares them or makes them nervous would be helpful too. If I need to administer medication, let me know the technique you use or any reward your pet receives afterwards.
