I have had the pleasure of caring for pets my whole life. Growing up, we always had dogs and in my later years have shared my space with two cats with two very different personalities! My last furbaby had very special needs so through that experience I learned a lot about cat behavior, administering medication, the importance of routine, and most importantly to respect and honour the needs of each pet individually.

Christine is the best, highly recommended! We reached out to Christine based on recommendations in the Beaches Facebook group. Our dogs stayed with her this past weekend for the first time - we got tons of very cute photos, adorable updates throughout the weekend (without any requests!). She even humoured some silly ad hoc add ons like when I asked her to take a photo with the dogs in soccer jerseys “watching” the first FIFA game in Toronto (where Canada got its first point). The photos she sent were hilarious and just so precious (she even took them around in the neighbourhood and got photos of them posing with the FIFA signage). When we arrived to pick up, the dogs continued to cuddle with Christine and were not at all desperate for our attnentoon and that continued when we got home - both just sought out their favourite sleep spots and got back to business. It was clear they had been loved and with every need attended to as if they were home (and quite possibly even better!). She even left us a surprise of a hand written card and a Polaroid photo. Honestly what a gem - thank you Christine!

Schedule
I'm a work from home aunty. So that means I have lots of love and time to dedicate to your furbaby! My space is small and cozy and just steps away from the beach! I live alone and only offer boarding to one household at a time. You can rest assured that your pet will be well cared for and comfortable!

I know how stressful it can be leaving your baby! Changes in environment and schedule are tough for anyone! I like to make sure that I understand what a typical day looks like for your household and match that. I stick to regular meal times, daily litter changes, walks/play sessions, and quiet time.
A typical day
A typical day for me tends to be quite calm. I love play time and cuddling on the couch but completely respect that some animals just need space! What our days will look like depend entirely on you and your pets needs!
