With over 20+ years of experience in the veterinary profession, I understand many concerns that pet parents have about leaving the care of their pets in someone else’s hands. I’m well versed in caring for dogs and cats of all age ranges. If you need someone to give your pet its medication, I’ve got you covered! If I see anything that concerns me about their health, I’ll bring that to your attention, so you can talk to your vet about that. A trusting relationship with a pet caretaker starts with good communication and attention to detail, and those are just two of my strong points. I’m committed to making sure your pets are well taken care of and doing what I can to put your mind at ease.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety is my highest priority; therefore, I require that all dogs are leash walked, unless you have a fenced yard, and your only expectation is that they have free time in the yard. I can take care of four pets maximum per household, but if there are extenuating circumstances, we can discuss this. If your pet requires medication, all medication must be labeled and set out in an obvious location. If there are any specific instructions you have that aren’t on the label, those instructions must be written out clearly.

When it comes to animals, Christine has a huge heart, and does everything she can to give them the best care possible, because she always wants what’s best for them. I’ve even known her to spearhead medical care and food resources for not just her friends’ pets, but also for a group of dogs belonging to a homeless family. Christine is very trustworthy, and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to hire her as a pet sitter or dog walker!
Christine is amazing with pets! She is very conscientious with special diets, elderly animals and special needs. She loves walking and hiking with dogs who are up for it as well. She has watched my cats on multiple occasions, and I am pretty sure that they like her better than me! Haha. If you are looking for reliable, caring and patient pet care, Christine is great!
Christine has been a dog lover for as long as I’ve known her. She currently has two of her own and spares no expense in making sure they are well cared for. She has always been an animal lover down to the tiniest frog. She has even nursed a sick bee back to health. She went to school to become a veterinary technician and she has been a certified veterinary practice manager. She will take excellent care of your loved family member!

Schedule
I recently moved back to Alabama, so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available seven days a week from 7:00am-6:00pm, including holidays. How much time I can spend with your pet will be dependent on how many other appointments are scheduled on the same day, and what travel time is required.
