I'm just as comfortable with a bouncy, high-energy dog on a hike as I am nursing a sick or recovering dog back to health. I've also volunteered at Blue Cross, giving me both hands-on and formal experience, and I'm confident with a wide range of breeds, including larger ones like German Shepherds. Whatever your dog needs, extra playtime, quiet company, or a bit of medical care, I'll treat them like my own.

When I'm caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their established routine as closely as possible. I stick to the feeding schedule, medication instructions, and any house rules they've set out, since consistency matters most for keeping pets calm and comfortable. I keep the environment secure by double checking doors, gates, and windows, and I confine a pet if that's part of their normal routine or if they're the type who needs a settling in period with a new person. I always ask for detailed instructions beforehand so nothing is left to guesswork, and I stay in close contact with the owner throughout the visit or stay to update them on how their pet is doing.

Christine took care of my senior lab, Ranger, along with my two cats, Sasha and Potato Puff, for a week, and the care she gave all three of them was exceptional. She's clearly very experienced with animals and has a natural instinct for them. Ranger was sick at the time, and she was so gentle with him given his arthritis, while still making sure Sasha and Potato Puff got plenty of attention too. Both cats became genuinely attached to her by the end of the week. She's kind, attentive, and I would absolutely leave Ranger, Sasha, and Potato Puff with her again without hesitation!
Christine is amazing with pets. She took excellent care of my dog Spocky. She's hands on and my dog loved her. He was walked, fed on time and was so happy when I came back home. She's also an excellent dog walker and made sure my high energy cockerspaniel got his steps! I would highly recommend. Your animals will be loved and well taken care off.

Schedule
I'm currently flexible and available any day, so pet care fits easily into my routine. Whether it's a quick daily visit, a full day of walks and playtime, or overnight boarding, I can work around your schedule. Because my availability isn't tied to fixed work hours, I can offer consistency, which I know matters when you're leaving your pet with someone new.
