Farmhouse pet hotel with large walled garden
My husband and i currently have two dogs in our family. Both are friendly towards other dogs and people. I know that they would make another dog feel most welcome. We have owned pets for the past 10 years and during this time I have been a Guide Dog Volunteer - walking a Guide Dog on a weekly basis. We are lucky to live in a quiet part of the country and have many off road walks from our doorstep. Our normal daily routine is to walk the dogs first and last thing in the day for a minimum of 30 minutes. When the weather is better or on weekends typically this would be a longer walk of several hours. Outside of these walking times our pets are free to roam the secure garden as and when they please. We have a walled garden which is tested Jack Russell proof! For older dogs who may be less mobile they can have frequent access in lieu of longer walks if appropriate. For us dogs are a true part of family life and we involve them in as many activities as possible.

Christine and John hosted our terrier for two weeks this month. She got out for lovely walks despite the wet weather and got on fine with the other two dogs in the household. She was chilled and happy when we collected here. And we got some lovely photos to keep in touch.
Bonner had another lovely stay with Christine, John, Bailey and Kobi. Bonner has his medical needs and Christine makes sure he is well looked after so that we can go away knowing that he is being brilliantly cared for. Bonner loves being with the doggy gang and is always excited to see everyone as soon as we park the car. Can’t thank them enough for giving our boy lots of fun, love and attention.
Our terrier had another lovely stay with Christine and John and came home very contented and well looked after.
