I work full time from home, I walk my dog 2 times a day, we both love getting outside. I often visit the Grand Trunk Dog Park as well. We are an active family, however the pets we look after wouldn't be home alone on the weekends longer than 1-2 hours, if at all. We are very flexible, if you have special needs, let me know.

Information Christine & Patrick M. would like to know about your pet

I need to know your dogs behavior towards other dogs and kids. If they've shown aggression or have special traits, that is important to know. If your dog is not crate trained, that ok! My boys are all older and respectful with dogs.

A typical day

Morning wake up, breakfast and a 20 minute walk During the day, the pets can play, have time with toys, nap etc. Lunch time, 20 min walk Playtime/nap etc. After work we usually go to a dog park or walk for around an hour. The dog park we visit is for small dogs but if caring for a large dog, we would go to the Edmonton Garrison Dog Park.

Your fur baby, our priority!

Pet care experience

Our family has looked after pets for friends and family for many years! We pride ourselves on being reliable, engaging and caring for your pet! We are happy to do anything necessary to look after your fur baby so that you have peace of mind while they are in our care. We do currently have our own puppy, she is a mini ausiedoodle. She is completely house trained, crate trained and she has excellent manners. Our dog also loves to play with other dogs. Dogs we care for must be ok with our dog, a meet and greet is required. We only look after a maximum of 2 other pets in addition to ours, occasionally we would take up to 4, this is case by case.

Christine and Patrick are two of the most caring, thoughtful people you could ever trust with your fur baby. They both have enormous hearts and genuinely treat animals as if they were their own. They are incredibly responsible, attentive, and meticulous with details, so you can feel completely confident that your pet’s individual needs will be followed. Honestly, staying with Christine and Patrick will feel more like a retreat for your fur baby than pet sitting—they may even come home a little disappointed to see you!

I’ve had great experiences with Chrisy and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for pet care. She’s attentive, accommodating and cares for all animals as if they’re her own. Highly recommend!

Dropped off our rescue, Lucky, with Christine for the day and when we got home she ate and fell fast asleep. Christine's space was clean and pet friendly with a big yard for Lucky to play in. I'm really happy to have found such a great resource for dog sitting!

Christine looked after my two dogs during my one week vacation and they loved her. They were spoiled with love and attention and I had no worries that they were in good hands. It is nice to have someone you trust take care of your fur babies when you can't take them with you! Thanks Christine.
