Availability
Unfortunately, Rover does not allow sitters to mark specific times as unavailable; only full days are available. My schedule is relatively flexible, though I am currently studying to take my board exams, so please reach out with a request, and depending on my study/work schedule, I would be more than happy to accommodate you!

While my yard isn’t pet-friendly yet, I’m happy to provide care in the comfort of your pet’s own home, following your guidelines to maintain their routine and comfort. I understand that no one knows your pet better than you, so I’m here to support both you and your furry family member as best as I can!
Information Christine L. would like to know about your pet
To make sure I can provide the best care possible, I like to get a sense of your pet’s personality and needs. Here are a few things that help me get to know them better: • Favorite Activities: Does your dog have a favorite toy or game? Are they a fetch fanatic or a slow-and-steady walker? • Temperament: Are they a social butterfly or more of a shy homebody? Do they have any fears or quirks I should be aware of? • Medical History: Any ongoing medical conditions, allergies, or medications I should know about? • Training and Behavior: Special commands, tricks, or behavior challenges like separation anxiety or leash reactivity? • Feeding and Exercise Schedule: Routine is key for many pets, so knowing their usual schedule helps keep things stress-free. • Emergency Contact: It’s always good to have a backup number in case I have any questions or concerns while you’re away.
A typical day
Some fun activities I enjoy with dogs include going for walks, playing fetch, visiting the dog park, practicing obedience, and going on hikes or runs together. If it is nice out and there is access to a pool, I am more than happy to watch your dog swim while taking necessary precautions. As for special places to go for walks, it depends on the time available, but I enjoy local parks, nature trails, and beaches, and I also don't mind sticking to quiet neighborhood streets.

Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Christine! For the past 15 years, I’ve cared for pets of all sizes and personalities, from energetic puppies to wise senior dogs and even a few feisty cats. I now have my own furry companion, a playful weenie dog, and know firsthand how much our pets mean to us. I’m passionate about providing safe, loving, and personalized care, whether it’s house sitting, drop-in visits, walks, or even bathing and grooming. As an active person, I’m more than happy to keep up with high-energy dogs or take a slower, more careful approach for pets that need a little extra patience.
