Christine and James were amazing! We got so many photos of our Carley. Carley was so happy when we arrived. She sent updates with each photo and carley looked happy and content. They are such a kind family. I felt so at ease and cant wait to book again.

We were thankful for the last-minute availability, but unfortunately, this was not a good experience for our dogs. Drop-off felt rushed despite our senior dog having a detailed medication routine and us providing written instructions. During the stay, our dog’s medication organizer was left within reach of the sitter’s dog, who destroyed it and potentially ingested some of the medication. This was extremely stressful, and we had to arrange replacement medication through our vet. Although she picked it up, we were left concerned about whether our dog’s medication schedule remained accurate. Communication was also less than we expected, with fewer photos and updates than we typically receive from sitters. When we picked up our dogs, they appeared very stressed and took more than a day to return to their normal personalities. They stay with sitters regularly, and this reaction was unusual for them. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this environment for senior or high-needs dogs requiring a consistent routine, close supervision, and a calm setting.
