I am 99% sure that dogs are my spirit animal and my soulmate was a senior golden retriever named Kidd (RIP buddy). I've been around pets my entire life, growing up with a small bichon frise and then pet-sitting and loving on others pets until I finally got my own wingman, Goose, in 2020. Goose is a medium-sized mini golden doodle and a playful, snuggly goofball. We lived in Boulder with another golden doddle for the past 2.5 years and just recently moved down to Colorado Springs. My pet-sitting experience ranges from puppies to seniors and includes both cats and dogs.

Christina did a fabulous job taking care of Bear, our German Shepherd. We would have already rebooked for another vacation for him, but unfortunately our schedules aren't matching up! We would certainly recommend Christina as a pet sitter any time! SR
Christina "Tina" was fantastic! She took such great care of our boys. They loved their trips to the dog park and rides in her car. She sent lots of pictures and kept in constant contact. She even left a sweet note and flowers upon our arrival back home.
Christina is an extremely thoughtful and responsible caretaker. She has been dog sitting for several years with multiple families and has volunteered her free time to walk some of the dogs at the local shelter. She is very accountable with her responsibilities and loving towards the animals. She would make an excellent dog walker for anyone that was fortunate enough to have her.

I have a very small fenced yard with a bike path and trails within walking distance. If watching a pet in my home, Goose will be there too. If pet-sitting in your home, I'm happy to accommodate any needs or routines of your pet.

I'd definitely love to know the normal level of daily activity and temperament to ensure the dog is getting the proper amount of exercise and snuggles. Also great to know how the dog interacts with other dogs, how they feel about dog parks, whether or not they're usually allowed on the furniture at home, any dietary restrictions/needs and the number of a preferred vet, just in case.
A typical day
I like to actively stay involved with the pet, whether it's constant petting for a friendly cat or dog, walks around the neighborhood, hikes on local trails (pending dog's abilities) or throwing a ball or toy around the house or yard.

Availability
I currently work remotely/from home so am very flexible with a pet's routine. Goose is usually with me (he's my best friend!), but I have alternate accommodations for him, if needed.
