I have owned a variety of pets as long as I can remember - from rabbits, hamsters, dogs, cats, snakes, horses, chinchillas, and other amazing creatures. I take positive approaches to pet care. I analyze body language of the pets I work with to make sure their comfort and safety comes first. This is important to me because I do not want the pets I work with to feel stressed, scared or overwhelmed. I have extensive knowledge and training with horses and dogs. Currently, my dog Phantom and I are learning how to navigate agility courses together. So far, he has earned his AKC Novice Trick Dog title and we are preparing for the CGC test in the winter. I have been training and working with horses since my early teens. I have found a lot of intuitive and holistic training practices can be applied to pets as well. I'm currently working part time from home and have a flexible schedule. I can easily arrange my schedule to fit your pet's needs from a daily check in to a walk down the street. My home is on 5 acres of wooded property. Your pet will be walked on leash multiple times a day and will have roam of the house. I will keep my dog and your dog separate unless supervised. I have space for a crate for your pet if needed.
