I enjoy animal energy around me. The sound of an animal around the house is truly a blessing. I am not at the stage where I can have a full-time commitment just yet, but would welcome having a visitor often.

A safe environment is key. Making your pet comfortable and giving them the space they need to deal with your absence is priority. They can explore and make themselves comfortable without. Plenty of balls and walks. I can dedicate 1hour walks twice/day. We have a raised pet feeder, various beds to sit on, and extra leashes, collars, blankets, and can provide food and medicines according to requirements.

Behavior and any special needs. I can deal with all I just need to know ahead of time to keep everyone safe. Will not take dogs to local park and prefer to only deal with 1 household for liability on my watch and it is stressful enough to be in a strange place without other animals dynamics at play. I can handle more than one dog from same household.
A typical day
Depends on age and ability. Young dogs will need longer more stimulating walks. Old dogs sometimes require 30min to go 100ft. Either way there is always a fun space to make it great.

Pet care experience
I've had large dogs for the past 20 years. Two of which I had all their lives until ages 14 and 17. I am equipped to deal with all stages and actually prefer seniors for their abundant wisdom. In the past 10 years I cared for a rescue German Sheppard with a bite history. This required a lot of understanding of behavior and rehabilitation. This also opened my eyes to animal/human dynamics within the home. I am a business owner and make my own hours. Through my business I had the pleasure to spend time with wolfdog sanctuaries and have learned much about animal behavior and human interactions with this amazing species. My husband works from home so there is always someone home.
