I'm currently available full time and have a flexible schedule, so I can provide plenty of attention, walks, playtime and companionship throughout the day. From September, I'll be working full time, but I'll continue to offer pet care on the weekends, where I'll have dedicated time to give your dog the care, exercise and affection they deserve. I always make sure every pet receives my full attention and stays happy, safe and comfortable while in my care.

Safety, trust & environment
I will take the time to get to know each dog's routine, personality and individual needs so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress free. I will always follow your instructions, including feeding routines, exercise requirements, medication schedules and any behavioural or medical needs. I live in a clean, comfortable apartment with access to a front garden for quick toilet breaks. As the front garden is not fully enclosed, I will never allow dogs off lead there. Your dog's safety is my top priority, so all outdoor time will be closely supervised. Dogs staying with me will receive regular walks tailored to their age, breed and energy level, along with plenty of play, companionship and enrichment indoors. I'll ask you about their usual routine, favourite walking routes, favourite treats and toys, any dislikes, allergies or medical conditions, and how they interact with other people, dogs and animals while out on walks. You're welcome to bring your dog's own lead, collar or harness, along with their bed or blanket, favourite toys and anything that smells like home to help them settle in and feel relaxed. For safety, dogs will always remain on lead when out walking until we've built trust and I know their recall and behaviour well. I'll also ask to see that your dog is up to date with their vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. I'll make sure I have your veterinary details and emergency contact information before your dog's stay, so I'm fully prepared should they ever be needed. My priority is to provide a safe, calm and caring environment where both you and your dog feel completely confident and comfortable. I'll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your dog is happy, safe and receiving the very best care.

Experienced Dog Handler & Welfare
Pet care experience
I’ve spent my career working with dogs and have over 15 years of hands on experience caring for them in a variety of professional roles. My background includes working in boarding kennels, serving as a Local Authority Dog Enforcement Officer, and most recently as a Professional Live Body Detection Dog Handler. These roles have given me the opportunity to work with dogs of every breed, size, age and personality, and have helped me build a calm, confident approach to caring for them. I’m confident handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages and temperaments. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, snuggling on the sofa or simply sticking to their usual routine, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, happy and well cared for. I’m also happy to administer oral medication and follow any specific instructions to keep their routine as normal as possible. What sets me apart is my understanding of dog behaviour and body language. Through years of professional experience, I’ve learned how to recognise when a dog is feeling relaxed, excited, anxious or uncomfortable, allowing me to respond appropriately and help them feel safe and secure. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and those with additional needs. I understand the importance of patience, consistency and gentle care, and I always take the time to get to know each dog's individual personality and needs. Your dog's safety, happiness and wellbeing will always be my top priority. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, so I’ll treat your dog with the same love, care and respect I would my own. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away with complete peace of mind, knowing your dog is in experienced, reliable and caring hands.
Reviews
I’ve seen Christina’s love of dogs from a very young age. Caring for animals has always come naturally to her, and she has built years of professional experience working in kennels, local authority animal welfare and as a dog body detection handler, caring for dogs of all sizes. She is kind, patient and responsible, and I know she would treat any dog as if it were her own. She’s knowledgeable about dog behaviour and understands the importance of keeping to each dog’s usual routine. I would have complete confidence leaving any dog in Christina’s care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy and experienced dog sitter.
We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! From the moment we met Christina, it was clear how caring, trustworthy and passionate she is about dogs. We received regular updates, photos and messages, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Our dog was so happy, relaxed and clearly well looked after—it was like they had their own little holiday too! It’s such a relief to find someone who genuinely treats your pet like family. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care. Thank you so much for everything! 🐾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Having worked alongside Christina for over a year, I have come to deeply respect both her expertise and her character. She balances high professional standards with an authentic, approachable personality that sets a fantastic tone for any team. Christina’s deep knowledge of the canine industry made her a go-to resource in our workplace. Her ability to explain complex concepts with patience and clarity quickly earned her a well-deserved reputation as a trusted expert, reliable colleague, and true friend. What really sets Christina apart is her infectious positive energy and her rare, natural talent for connecting with both dogs and people alike. Combined with her exceptional dedication to animal welfare and ethics, I cannot recommend her strongly enough to anyone seeking a dog sitter for any reason.
Christina has looked after all of my animals over the years, including four very challenging dogs, whenever we've gone away on holiday. Knowing they're in her care gives us complete peace of mind. She doesn't just feed them and let them out – she takes them on regular walks, spends quality time with them, and has even worked on their training, which we never asked her to do. She simply enjoys helping them learn and thrive. It's so obvious how much Christina genuinely loves dogs, and they absolutely adore her in return. The bond she builds with every animal is something really special. I honestly couldn't recommend Christina more highly. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, caring, knowledgeable, and treats your pets like family, she's the person you want looking after them.
