December-June availability(I'm a teacher) M-F morning 6:30-7:00 am drop in, weekend is more flexible M-F afternoon-the earliest would be 3:30 M-F night-last visit is 9:00-9:30 PM CURRENTLY BOOKING MOSTLY CATS ONLY EXCEPTIONS (see below) I will do dog drop-ins or walks (up to three times a day) in the following areas: Rockaway Township, parts of Denville (Downtown and route 46 area) and the Mount Hope area of Wharton. For cat drop-ins if you are outside my service area please feel free to message me and ask. Sometimes I might pass your area on the way to work or your area might be close to my job (Parsippany area) so I make exceptions. I also service Butler on occasion as I live close to Route 23 which is halfway to work for me :) It is never too soon to book summer vacations! The sooner I get it on my calendar I know not to plan my own vacations at that time :). The earlier you book the better so I can block off my calendar from social events :)

I would want to know if the pet has any health issues that I should be aware of so I can provide appropriate care but also keep my eye out for any alarming behaviors or changes. I would also like to know (for dogs) how they are with other people and other animals.
A typical day
I will play whatever games pets prefer. I usually take out toys from a pet's bin and play fetch or tug-o-war. I've had cat clients that like being brushed and most love their wand toys. Some clients like to have the tv on for a bit or the radio. Playing fetch outside in a fenced in area is also a dog favorite. I don't mind doing a complimentary walk near the pet's home during drop in visits.

Pet care experience
For as long as I can remember I have had pets! I love all animals and currently have a large mutt, Havanese and Persian cat. I am a full time teacher but love watching animals all year. My pet sitting business fulfills me and brings me such joy. I have several repeat customers and love getting to know families and their pets. I was a volunteer with the SOS cat rescue until they closed. While there I helped maintain care for the cats that were waiting for their forever families. Although I don't mind cleaning litter and cages my favorite part is playing with the kitties. I have experience administering medicine including pills, drops and insulin injections. I am responsible, loving and honest. I will treat your pet like he/she is my own during the time you are away. I love taking photos of my clients and trying to capture their personalities and sending updates to help pet parents feel more at ease while away. I will also bring in mail, garbage cans and water plants if needed. I follow exactly what pet parents want me to do. It is important to me that I keep the pet's routine as much as possible.

Christina was a FANTASTIC cat sitter! She was super communicative, sent many pictures of the kitties, and was very flexible! We had a lot of snow when we were away and she was still able to make it to see the kitties on time, even digging her way in with a shovel! She was very helpful and let us know about the trash needing to be taken out- and she even took it out herself! The cats had an amazing time playing with her. She gave them all of their treats and made sure they were properly fed, watered and brushed. For the first time going away, I felt totally at ease having a cat sitter take care of the cats and house! The cats LOVED her! I will definitely be booking her again in the future! Thank you Christina- you were the best!
