My background includes working with dogs in humane societies, dog daycares, and foster programs, along with years of hands-on, in-home pet care. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, small breeds, and large breeds, and I am very comfortable giving medications and supporting pets with special needs or routines. I also have extensive experience with cats — including caring for my own two special-needs kitties — and I understand how important calm handling and consistency are, especially for sensitive or medically fragile pets. In addition, I have worked with small exotic and pocket-type animals and understand how different their care and stress needs can be. I’m very detail-oriented and take pride in following instructions exactly — feeding schedules, medications, special needs, routines, and household preferences are always respected. For dogs who enjoy activity, I love providing structured enrichment such as interactive and reward-based toys to help reduce anxiety and boredom. When appropriate and approved by owners, I also enjoy taking dogs to the dog park or for stimulating outings that match their comfort level and personality.
