Christina is awesome! You can tell how much she loves caring for animals!

Christina was super sweet, but there were a few issues that concerned me and led to my lowered review. My dog is typically low maintenance, so I wasn’t worried about leaving him with someone new, but he was visibly stressed when I picked him up - he was very bloated, wide eyed, and panting. He threw up multiple kinds of dog food when we got home. I get that dogs eat stuff, but I had already told her that they can’t leave other dog food out around him (after seeing food out when I arrived), and nothing was communicated with me about him getting into food. His collar was also put on incorrectly and was too tight, to the point where he was coughing in the car. It took me almost ten mins to get it off because it was jammed. In fairness, it’s a prong collar with a quick release that can be tricky at first, but I wish she’d texted me and asked how to use it, because I would have been happy to explain. She told me his crate mat had been peed on by another dog and she hadn’t had time to clean it. I sent extra food with him, but it was all gone when I picked him up. Overall, she is nice and I believe means well, but there were enough issues that I think she had too many dogs in a small place and wasn’t careful enough with my dog. I won’t be rebooking.
