Pet care experience
I’ll be their SECOND best friend!
Hi there! In my time on this app, I’ve cared for over 1,000 pets of all breeds and sizes. My experiences have taught me how to work with various temperaments, and I have become particularly adept at diffusing tense situations and gaining pets’ trust. I love dogs, and I’ve been around them all my life. I love their high energy and capacity for unconditional love. I love all dogs, but my absolute favorites are senior dogs. I have extensive experience with their care and am prepared to handle each one’s specific medical needs. I have cared for dogs that are deaf and/or blind, diabetic, epileptic, paralyzed, missing limbs, in their very last days, etc. I also adore cats, especially spicy cats, who rule the roost! Feel free to message me for a multi-pet discount! ***NOTE*** I often watch multiple dogs. PLEASE let me know if your dog does not get along with other dogs!

Christina was great! Well definitely use her services again next time we’re in Louisville

I booked with Christina after the River sitter I used for the first time and had a great experience, decided to leave Rover after having an emergency situation with another client. I was very disappointed and frustrated and honestly, if I didn’t have to make a last minute change, I would not have left Tater with Christina. The front yard was overgrown and I was concerned where Tater was going to do her business. The grass was almost taller than her. I didn’t have a great feeling when I dropped Tater off, but I tried to just trust that my baby was in good hands because Christina was rated as a star sitter. When we picked up Tater, I could immediately tell she was stressed. Her hair was falling out when I pet her. Her eyes looked like she had been crying and she had two sores on her right nub. Tater was licking the sores and her skin was raw. I was heartbroken. I asked Christina about the sores and she claimed to have not seen them and didn’t know how she got them. The sores were bleeding so I have no idea how she missed seeing them. The house smelled when I picked up Tater. I had to ask for all of her items that I dropped off with Tater. I actually forgot one of her pillows and the house smelled so bad that I didn’t even ask for it. I just wanted to take my baby out of there as fast as I could. Tater was exhausted and it took her a couple days of rest to get back to herself.

Schedule
I am a full time student working towards a masters in physiology. I have class throughout the day, but I have frequent breaks that would allow me to go home and spend time with your pets. I typically walk them twice a day with potty breaks as needed.

Safety, trust & environment
My goal is to treat your pets exactly how you’d treat them if you were home, so that their routine is not disrupted. I will try to follow the same routine everyday.
A typical day
I’m a night owl, so our mornings will likely be lazy, unless otherwise requested. We’ll take long walks in the mornings and check out any parks or walking paths nearby! My apartment complex also has a dog park that I like to visit. I’ve never seen any other dogs there, but we have a good time playing, regardless.
