Your word is law. I don't have all the background details on your pet's past or medical needs, so I'll follow anything you tell me to the letter. I've had pets with a variety of different behavior patterns, so I'm prepared to follow their lead when something is bothering them.

Christina is absolutely excellent with both cats and dogs. She's always had cats of her own and taken great care of them, and when she had a dog she took great care of it, too. I would (and have) trusted her with my pets and would do it again.
