Growing up, my family nicknamed me "Elly Mae" because I’ve always had a love for animals—From dogs and cats, to rats, rabbits and guinea pigs I’ve cared for just about every kind of creature you can imagine (domestic or slightly non)! As a mature, responsible caregiver, I come with a lifetime of hands-on experience, I’m comfortable with animals of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’ve provided daily care, socialization, and even medical support—including administering oral and topical medications, giving insulin shots, and helping special-needs pets stay comfortable and happy. Whether your pet has fur, feathers, or legs galore, they’ll be in loving, capable hands with me.

I care for most pets in the comfort of their own homes, where they feel safest and most secure. I always respect each pet’s routine and space, and I take the time to build trust—especially with shy or anxious animals. I'm gentle, patient, and attentive to their individual needs, whether it's medication, playtime, or just quiet companionship. For small, caged pets or very small dogs, I may be able to offer care in my home under special circumstances, with a clean, safe, and cozy environment ready to welcome them.

Christina has been an amazing help with all of my animals! Not only has she cared for our dogs and cats, she also does well with exotics! She has helped take care of our crested gecko for many years. She is an amazing helping hand when we are out of town. I couldn’t recommend her enough for all of your pet needs!
I've known Christina her entire life and can tell you there's no one with a bigger heart for animals of all kinds. Yes, she has always been lovingly referred to as Elly May Clampett (from the Beverly Hillbillies) because there's just no 'critter' she doesn't love. She was born with the unique gift of caring for animals (an animal whisperer, if you will) and they seem to inherently know it when they meet her. She's kind, gentle, caring, and loving to all creatures big and small. I can assure you, your pet children will love her and they will be well cared for.
