Having grown up with a variety of pets myself (growing up sort of on a farm in the country), I have over 20 years of dedication pet care experience. I have also had 10 years of experience pet sitting for cats/dogs/chickens/ you name it! From playful puppies to senior cats, I ensure all pets in my care feel loved and safe. Whether I am administering detailed medical regiments or following specialized diets, I take care to deliver the best service to owners and families while they are away from their four-legged family members. I am playful, fun, gentle, and nurturing. My approach combines plenty of walks, cuddles, and play time!

I make sure to keep to a pet’s routine when you are away as it can be stressful for them to not have their primary person there! I adapt to their schedule. I follow their lead: if they are feeling anxious or aloof I never force myself because I want to ensure they feel safe and cared for.
Ratings and reviews
We have had Christy live in our house with our 4 year old dog overnight when we have to be gone. She is incredibly responsible, always seeing to the dog's needs--water, food, having to go out. She is even sensitive to the dog's habits--when she took our dog out for a walk our dog didn't really want to leave our property. So Christy adjusted her response and played fetch with her in our yard. Christy very naturally LOVES animals and they love her right back! Our dog always feels safe and comfortable with Christy.
Christy has been a godsend for us when we’ve gone away. She has house sat for us and our goofy bernadoodle numerous times and has gone over and above caring for him, exercising him, and generally loving on him. When she comes by he literally goes berserk with happiness. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough as a pet-sitter.
Christy has taken care of my dog and home on multiple occasions. I’ve known her for many years. She is someone I have complete faith in to care for, exercise and protect my sweet (and squirrelly) Golden Retriever. She directs his misbehavior well, is nurturing and responsible. I have every confidence that Christy would take this same care and integrity into all of her pet sitting jobs, that’s just who she is. You’d be blessed if you could have her there for your pet!:)
Christy is very responsible and keeps to the schedule required. She goes above and beyond with the dogs she takes care of. She walks them often, plays with them inside and out, and has a good rapport with all the dogs she's taken care of. She's good with following directions of the owners and is very affectionate with dogs. I have taken advantage of her services many times in her former hometown and know that she was the coveted dog sitter for many people, as well as the favorite of the dogs themselves. They went nuts when she came to stay. Christy will be the favorite again where she's moved to (she was very sorry to move away from her clients and their dogs). She loves big dogs especially, but is exceptional with the the littles as well. Christy brings the best out in every dog she's met. She comes highly recommended!

Schedule
I work full time but am finished with my work day on Wednesdays and Fridays by 3pm, and Tuesdays by 4pm. I am available weekends and love being active with pets who love to walk/run or chill at home with pets with lower energy.
