If your pet can tolerate going for a car ride and your comfortable I am more than happy to take them on car rides, pup cups are a fav if their tummy can tolerate it. We also like to go on walking trails in the area and if your dog is well trained on the leash we’ll gladly take them along :)

I only kennel if it’s requested by owner, during feedings, and in the evening after we all go to bed and are let out first thing in the morning. I have two cats who will speculate from afar or hide depending on the energy of your animal but they don’t have their front claws. I kennel the dogs at night to give my cats the freedom of the house since they likely hid all day due to the dogs. I would prefer you bring their favorite bed, toy you don’t mind if it gets lost or shared with others or a comfort item for only their kennel time. I have plenty of water bowls but please bring food and food bowls. I am Open to bathing your dog as long as you feel comfortable that they will tolerate it. Price varies on dog size I don’t do hair cuts but I can also clean ears teeth and cut nails if they tolerate it. I can take your dog on a walk in the neighborhood and will send frequent pictures. I’m huge on communication.

A typical day
I love to help get your pup nice and tired so that when you get home from work they are ready to snooze. If staying for an extended time, while they’ll be super excited to see you they might be sad to leave when you return. My goal is for them to be soo happy and excited to come back. They’ll get plenty of snuggles play time and attention.

Hello Alabama! We are a military family of 5 with a dog and two cats added. We just moved back to Alabama from Kansas and are happy yo start serving the Wiregrass area. We live out in Ozark but I work in Dothan as an RN and we frequent Enterprise. We sit on 23 acres of wooded property where the dogs who visit us have loved to just run and play. At this time we do not have a fenced in yard so ground leads and leashes will be required if your pup is one to flee. I have grown up with and have owned pets my whole life from fish reptiles amphibians dogs cats and chickens I’ve been surrounded by it all! We have 3 young kids but they respect an animals space and we always supervise interactions. So why Rover ? I had a our family dog from the time he was 4months old until he was 14years old. We lost our sweet German Shepherd February 9, 2023 and honestly we missed having a dog around but we were not ready to fill the space permanently so I thought Rover would be a good way to give back to the community while also filling a hole in our heart so we started this journey March 2023. I couldn’t be happier for what this experience has done for us. So thank you for sharing your babies with us. We have just recently added a puppy into our home March 8 2024 and he loves to make new friends. Plays very well with others however if your furry bud isn’t friends with other dogs I can typically make accommodations to keep multiple dogs separate and happy. Please be descriptive and honest when handing over your pet so that I can best care for their needs and that includes their short comings so I can prepare my household as well and keep everyone safe happy and sanitary. I’m comfortable in administering medication to include pills and injections. The more information you can give me the better on your furry friend. I can assure you we will treat your babies like they are our own while adhering to yours and their specific care needs.

Maggie and Gracie had such a great time! Very sweet, cute pictures and kept us up to date all day! Gave cute little bandanas for the pups and had a cute background around some photos, which was adorable! She even cut their nails! Would 100% recommend!!!
I highly recommend Christina for any of your pet sitting needs! This was our first time using any kind of service like this so we didn't know exactly what to expect, but while we were away Christina took great care of our 2 cats. She sent pictures of them (when they would show themselves) each time she stopped by. Any time there was an issue she didn't hesitate to let us know about it, which gave us peace of mind. She took the trash out for us, swept up kitty litter, and cleaned up any throw up. She even went out of her way when our security system went offline to help us figure out what was wrong and fix it. We will definitely be using her again!
