About Mardi

We rescued Mardi when she was about a year old from someone locally who finds rescue, hypoallergenic dogs for adoption. We sought out this option for finding our first dog, as my father is allergic to animal fur. At first, Mardi was very timid and anxious with her new surroundings, as she was found walking in woods and along highways. Over time, Mardi became more trusting and content in her forever home, and now she is a happy, friendly, outgoing pup! It is the most rewarding feeling to see my dog grow and prosper right in front of me.

About Rio

We adopted Rio from a local, private owner who specifically gives hypoallergenic dogs for adoption. Rio was the runt of his litter, and was VERY energetic from the get-go! Three years later, he is still the good and playful pup that my family came to love. Rio is exceptionally good while on walks, when meeting other people, and when becoming acquainted with other animals. Rio is very smart, and picks up on behavioral commands (sit, stay, etc.) very quickly! I love teaching him new ones as much as I can.
