I am the proud fur-mommy to two cats and a basset hound. All of my pets are rescues, so I know that each dog and cat has his or her own story and quirks. Whether your dog is an adventurer that loves hikes and playing fetch, is a socialite who enjoys trips to the farmers market, or prefers Netflix, ear-scratches, and naps in the sunshine, I tailor my care to fit your family's needs, schedule, and personality. I know that leaving your pets behind while you go to work or travel can be stressful, so I ensure that my pet parents receive updates and check-ins. My goal is to make your pet’s time with me as comfortable as possible by recreating their usual routine when it comes to feeding, exercise, potty breaks, bedtime, etc. *I AM VACCINATED* I am also happy to wear a face mask and/or practice social distancing during in-person meet-ups. If I house sit, I will take precautions to disinfect upon my departure. I ask that you do the same before my arrival. If anyone in your household has tested positive for the flu, Covid, RSV or experienced symptoms within 7 days before your house sitting is scheduled, please cancel your appointment. Your payment will be refunded. I am not comfortable providing overnight house sitting if you have interior cameras in your home. Thank you for understanding.

Safety, trust & environment
To ensure the safety of all pets in my care, I require up-to-date vaccinations. Unless your yard is securely fenced in, I do not allow dogs off-leash. Please include all information regarding pet temperament and care in your care instructions so I can tailor to your pet’s individual needs.

Christina is amazing! She was a great communicator and even went above and beyond and came to the house to meet us and the pups ahead of our scheduled slot. She was so sweet with our dogs and left a detailed report of her stay. We would re-book in a heartbeat!

Schedule
I am a university professor and have the flexibility to work with your schedule and to give your pets the care and attention they deserve. Please note that I do not typically book appointments more than 2 months in advance, and my calendar reflects accordingly.

- Please provide important details like vet info, meals and food, bathroom schedule, fear and anxieties, your pet’s likes and dislikes, and safety information in your Rover profile. Pets MUST have all required vaccines up-to-date. I typically also require dogs to be spayed/neutered. If your dog is not fixed, please note and discuss with me prior to booking. For safety and in accordance with Rover’s policies, unless you have a fully-secure, fenced-in yard, your dog will be kept on a leash at all times. I politely ask that dog owners provide poop bags for walks. This helps me keep costs low for my clients.
