I am self employed and I am currently working from home full time so I have a lot of time to care for dogs. Whether that’s taking them for walks, playing outside or just giving them plenty of snuggles.

I make sure that I get as much info as I can from the owners as to what their expectations are from me. If I come to your house to do a drop-in, I like to know where things are such as food, treats, water and toys to make sure they are taken care of and happy. If there is no fence, I always ask the owner how they prefer the dog to be let out.

I usually like to get all my information during a meet and greet so the owner can give me the lay of the land and show me where everything is.
A typical day
Walking, playing with toys and lots of snuggles! If walking, I let them take in all the smells and try to walk at least a mile before going back to give them a treat and water. If doing a drop-in, I make sure they go potty, are fed, have taken any medications (if applicable) and play outside, weather permitting.

Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of pets my entire life. Growing up my family always had 3 dogs and even as an adult, there hasn’t been a point in my life that I haven’t had a dog. I have trained them all myself and they are simply the best! Dogs are my absolute passion because they are just the most lovable and have the kindest souls, which is why I love to spend as much time with them as possible.
