I’m an experienced, calm, and attentive sitter who loves spending time with animals and giving owners real peace of mind while they’re away. I’m very active and enjoy long walks, hikes, and trail runs, followed by couch snuggles (if your pet is into that.) I provide reliable in-home pet and house sitting with lots of one-on-one attention. I have experience with dogs of all sizes (including multiple dogs), cats, and senior pets, and care for pets and homes as if they were my own.

I stick to their usual routines, pay close attention to safety, and make sure they get the right mix of exercise, rest, and companionship. I’m mindful of home security, cleanliness, and clear communication, and I’m always happy to send photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind.

After my long-time dog-sitter retired, I struggled to find a replacement who could fill her shoes. For over a year, I restricted my travel to pet-friendly road trips and avoided overseas journeys completely... then I discovered Rover.com and found Christin. I have no hesitation recommending Christin as a house and pet-sitter. I received regular updates while I was away and upon my return, I found a tidy home and a very happy dog. In fact, I got the distinct impression Enzo was rather disappointed to see me - rather than Christin - walk through the door on the last day. I think he's in love!

Christin was awesome when she housesat for my senior boy! Buddy is an old Labrador that has many specific quirks and Christin was accommodating with all of them. Would recommend Christin as a Petsitter to anyone!
Christin cared for our animals over a two week period last year, and she was great! She left our house clean and tidy, had fast response to communication, and looked after the pets so well. She took our two young, active dogs on long walks and trips to the beach so they got good exercise, even through some very wet weather. At the time, our kitten was still quite young and she provided all the necessary care for a young cat, including getting creative when keeping her out of certain rooms. We would be glad to have her back any time!

Schedule
I work online and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan my days around pet care. This means plenty of time for walks, exercise, companionship, and sticking to your pet’s usual routine.
