I’ve been petsitting for family and friends for two decades now, and would love the opportunity to help you out as well! I love all pets big and small, with familiarity with dogs, cats, lizards, rodents, and birds! Bonus! I’m a teacher as my day job, so you can trust that I’ve been solidly background checked, fingerprinted, etc, ensuring a safe, trustworthy person around your pets on a predictable schedule.

Christie took such wonderful care of my huskies and cat for the weekend. She took great care of my home and garden while I was away, as well. I really trust her and appreciated all of the updates she sent. My dogs are like my children <3 And they told me they want to have her back as their babysitter! :)
I used to feel so guilty leaving my pups at a kennel. Our furbabies need love, attention and soft sleeping spots in an environment that doesn’t take them days to recover from. With Christie caring for them in our home, I still miss them, but I know they are in the best possible hands - receiving the love and attention in familiar surroundings they deserve. And, should any health issues come up, she’s better equipped than we are having spent years job shadowing veterinarians. I can’t recommend her more highly… a hundred stars wouldn’t be enough for this level of pet care.
Christie was a pleasure to have at my home to watch Java. She was communicative and easy to work with. I know Java received extra special attention with Christie. I’ll definitely be booking again with her!
Christie did a great job! She checked in as scheduled and sent me a picture of my dog each day. I felt confident having her in the house and knowing that my animals were taken care of while I was gone. She was also fantastic about communicating before I left, making sure she came by to meet my crew before I took off. 10/10 would recommend her!
Christie was great. Our fur babies were well taken care of (Including my dog that has to take a bunch of meds). Christie communicated with us periodically and sent pictures. She was great.

Schedule
I am a full-time teacher from September to June. This means that my summers are wide open, and you can count on a reliable consistent schedule for your pets during the school year.

Safety, trust & environment
Since I have my own cats at home, I offer pet-sitting at your home on your schedule. This can range from stop ins for potty breaks to walks every few hours to overnight stays - you tell me and I’m there! We’ll discuss your expectations to make sure that your pets get exactly the care you expect during your time away, and I promise clear and open communication while you trust me to watch over your babies! (If you are looking for boarding, please be aware that I have cats at my home. Any pup coming in MUST be good around cats, for everyone's comfort!)

We’ll go on so many fun adventures! Give me a preferred route, or let me pick my own, and we’ll be on our way! If fetch in the backyard is more your pet’s thing, awesome! Or I’m down for a great movie night with a coach potato pet!
