After becoming an elementary school teacher 15 years ago, I began dog sitting for coworkers and some of my parents friends. Then, 10 years ago, I adopted my own dog, Moxie. My 14 year old girl would love to have some friends over to play, she still has a lot of energy for a senior dog! She is fixed, about 45 lbs, fully vaccinated, and gets along with most dogs, especially smaller dogs, we would just need to have them meet first. We have a cozy home with a fully fenced yard in SE Vancouver. I have experience with senior dogs, dogs with vision, hearing, and mobility challenges, dogs that take oral medication, and administering diabetes medication syringes.

Christie is amazing with animal and a popular pet sitter! Not only does she treat her own dog like one of the family, she does the same for all animals. She has experience pet sitting, and most, if not all, of her clients are return customers. She follows directions to help your pets fee comfortable, and is very trustworthy.
Christie absolutely is the best friend your pet can have! Our two dogs and cat always enjoy her companionship, love and care when we can not be home to take care of them. Best choice you can make so you can avoid worries.
Christie took great care of my pup many many times! He always enjoyed his walks with her and always had great experiences dog sitting. I appreciate that Christie is responsive and very dependable. Highly recommend!

I have a fully fenced yard, a 14 year old female schnauzer mix that loves to play, prefer crate trained dogs for when I’m away during the day, but dogs are free to roam my house when I’m home and can sleep in my room at night.

A typical day
I’m open to learning what your pets routines are and implementing what works best for them. My dog and I go on a walk several times a week, play fetch in the backyard daily, car rides, etc.
