Two years ago I adopted my dog from a shelter, and he came with real challenges — bite history, reactivity, and behavioral issues that required structure, patience, and consistency. Instead of being overwhelmed, I committed to learning everything I could about dog behavior, training, and proper handling. Working through those challenges gave me hands-on experience that many owners with naturally calm dogs never have to develop. I understand leash reactivity, triggers, boundaries, structured walks, and how to stay calm and in control in high-stress situations. I’ve put in the time to build trust, confidence, and obedience the right way. I am experienced with training tools, including e-collar work and prong collars when requested by owners, and I always prioritize safety, structure, and clear communication.
