Christian is the type of person you think of when you think “cat mom.” She’s been a lover of cats her entire life and has been a cat mama to so many fur babies over the last 20 years I’ve known her. She loves each fur baby (cat or dog or any animal) like it’s her own. Her love for cats turned me from a dog lover to a proud cat mama. Her love for cats is contagious and I wouldn’t trust anyone besides her to care for my fur baby. She is one of the most reliable people I know. Also a mom to amazing little humans, her motherly instinct kicks in when caring for all animals (including her chickens).

My kitties loved having Christian over! She gave them the attention they needed and we came back to a clean and peaceful house (she even vacuumed our rug that had cat fur!) Love her and I would recommend her. We always check if she’s available when we take trips.

She has cared for a variety of my animals over the years, and has extensive experience loving and caring for a clowder of kitties as her own fur-babies throughout her childhood-adulthood. She cares about the health of plants too and does an excellent job with light housekeeping if required. I have been able to vacation with peace of mind knowing my “girls” (chickens), cat, and garden are in good hands while I’m away.

It is my pleasure to recommend Ms. Christian for any pet care and house-watching needs. I initially met Christian in 2021; she was the long-term substitute for my co-teacher in high school English. She was re-hired this year to work as the long-term substitute in that position for the 2022-2023 school year. She has been a tremendous asset to the district. Christian has many outside interests/skills and provides great service to the many she sings and leads at The Meeting House. She serves as a vocalist and worship leader. I can attest not only to the genuine care she provides her students, her colleagues, and her congregants but also can attest to her great love of animals. She currently has 3 cats, 16 chickens, and is planning to get some goats. She has helped out on many occasions with her brothers’ dogs from puppyhood to adulthood. She also had many different types of reptiles and fish growing up. On several occasions, she has helped me with my own dog. I would trust her with my children and my own dog. I would also trust her with any household needs if I am away, such as watering my plants, house checks, and yard care. She is also very responsible in ensuring she meets and exceeds the many tasks required as a teacher, a mother, and a friend. She is responsible, loving, and patient with her students, her children, and as a friend and with the many animals in her care.
