Christian was a great sitter for my 3 dogs! He is dependable, filled instructions and communicated well. My dogs seemed pleased😊 I will refer you to my friends thank you!!

There were a few things I was not happy with. One I addressed, and the others just made me unhappy and stressed me out. He invited a guest into my home without telling us and then blocked our doorbell camera so we wouldn’t know. I messaged him about it and he apologized. He did not walk the dogs everyday, and when he did, it was for less than 15 minutes. He did not provide photo updates everyday. He was barely at my house, some days he would leave in the morning and not come back until after dark…leaving my dogs alone for the entire day. They had a dog door, but I paid for a house sitter and feel like I barely got a drop in service. He had his guest (who is not a Rover employee) walk the dogs at least once. He also didn’t stay at the house for one of the nights. He left the house clean and was a friendly guy. He is also a college student and athlete, so using him for walks or drop in would probably be the only services I would book him for in the future.
