Before caring for any pet, I like to understand their routine, personality, and specific needs to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Important details include feeding schedule, potty habits, energy level, and any medical needs or medications. I also like to know their behavior with other pets, children, and new environments, as well as any triggers or anxieties (such as loud noises or separation). It’s helpful to understand their favorite activities, toys, and commands they respond to, along with house rules (furniture access, crate training, etc.). My goal is to keep their routine as consistent as possible, so they feel safe, happy, and stress-free while you’re away

I make sure every pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and fun tailored to their personality and energy level. For dogs, that includes walks around the neighborhood, playtime in the yard, games like fetch or tug-of-war, and light training to keep them mentally engaged. For more relaxed pets, I focus on companionship, gentle play, and lots of affection. For cats and smaller pets, I include interactive toys, laser play, and calm bonding time to keep them stimulated and comfortable. I also adapt activities based on age, temperament, and owner preferences—whether that’s high-energy play or a more relaxed, cozy routine. My goal is to make them feel happy, safe, and right at home while you’re away.
