Founder Verde Valley Professional Pet Sitters Network I am happy to travel further from home for extended stays with your pet family including out of state or globally! Certified as a Veterinary Assistant in 2006, I have worked with domestic and wild animals professionally for over 25 years, have been petsitting regularly since 2015, and The Traveling Petsitter LLC has been my full time business since 2019. As a former veterinary technician, I am trained in pet first aid and cpr. I am a member of Pet Sitters International, and the founder of the Verde Valley Professional Pet Sitters Network. As a child my family took in all the strays- from tarantulas and squirrels to the usual dogs and cats. I have experience in wildlife rehab, small animal veterinary medicine, grooming, retail pet food and supply, doggie daycare, and even managed a dairy goat farm. I offer in-home petsitting, help administering medications, walks, and more. Petsitting is my full time business, not a hobby. I am independently bonded and insured. While I also do some occasional consulting remotely, you can have peace of mind that your fur family comes first!

I felt confident leaving my two large dogs with Christi immediately. One is currently being treated for heartworm and so needed meds and sedation. The two together are large and unruly but Christi was totally able to handle them both. She has a kind, warm demeanor while being punctual, communicative and ultra professional. My miniature poodle loves Christi! She is a professional, punctual (6am) with great communication skills. We will hire her again.
Christi sent daily photos of Bella on her lap, outside getting fresh air, and lounging in her favorite spots. Christi obviously had a rapport with Bella and took care of her emotional as well as physical needs.
