Dogs have always been a cherished part of my life, and I understand that every dog deserves patience, affection, and a safe, loving environment while their family is away. As a retired homeowner, I can provide personalized attention, plenty of playtime, regular walks, and the comfort of a calm home where your dog will be treated like my own. We have a beautiful fenced in backyard with a pool where your baby can play, swim if they want, and will be greatly loved and cared for. I do not have any other pets in the home and will only sit with one dog at a time. I am happy to leash walk your dog daily, if that is something they would enjoy.

BEST DOG SITTER OUT THERE! Christen was so so sweet to my Bleu when I was out of town for a week. I received a ton of really great pictures and daily updates. You can truly tell how much she cares about your pup and made sure they get all the love while you’re gone. 10/10 recommending to all my friends and absolutely returning!!
Christen has been an incredible presence for both us and our dog. She has a true love for animals, especially dogs, and it shows in the way she cares for them. Our dog absolutely lights up every time she sees her and clearly feels at home with her. Her fenced in backyard and pool are perfect for dogs who love to play and swim, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing our dog is safe and happy there. She has watched our dog many times, and I think our dog might love her more than us at this point. We also have specific rules we follow with our dog, and Christen has consistently respected and maintained those boundaries, which we deeply appreciate. She is trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely kind, and we feel completely comfortable leaving our dog in her care.
I’ve known Christen for many years and have seen firsthand how much she loves and cares for animals. She grew up around dogs and has always treated pets like family, giving them the attention, patience, and affection they deserve. She’s responsible, dependable, punctual, and takes instructions seriously, which gives real peace of mind when trusting someone with your pets. I would trust Christen with my own animals without hesitation and know they would be safe, loved, and well cared for in her hands. Schedule
As a retiree, pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide regular attention, exercise, feeding, and companionship throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have any other pets at home, and I prefer to only keep one at a time so I can give your baby the one on one special attention and love they deserve. I prefer dogs to sleep on their own beds, and or their own crate at night. No puppies or chewers please.
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs mentally and physically. I will talk to them more than I talk to any human friends. ;) We will be outside and inside throughout the day. We can play fetch, swim, go on walks, and all dogs will receive a lot of love from me throughout the day. I will give treats according to the owners guidelines.
