I am available between 7am-2pm Monday-Friday for walks, check ins, potty breaks, or play time. I am also available to water plants and feed fish. I am available after 2pm if the pets are safe around small children.

A typical day
I love to explore the different parks and dog friendly trails in the area. I like going to a fenced in dog park at my apartment complex. I like to find different walking paths, trails, and neighborhoods.

Pet care experience
I have an extensive history in all fields related to pet care, including veterinary care, over 10 years experience dog training, group play/walking, and grooming. I incorporate all of my experience into a safe and fun outing for all the dogs. I also provide SAFE solo walks for dogs who prefer not to engage with other dogs. I have an AS in veterinary sciences and work 4 days a week in clinics. Caring for dogs and cats is a very large part of my life! I enjoy hiking and taking dogs on outings on my days off, and checking in on kitties (feeding, scooping litter boxes, playing and cuddling) in the mornings and evenings! I can offer 30 minute dog walks as well.

Chirsten was so great! We left our Morty with her for 11 nights over the holidays. Throughout his stay we got very cute photos and Christen was very communicative. She even went above and beyond by giving his floppy hound dog ears a daily clean. I'd absolutely recommend Christen.
My dog obviously had a great time boarding with Christen. Christen sent fun photos daily including general updates about how our dog was doing. I appreciated Christen's balance of exercise and rest throughout the day, as I can tell our dog is happy and tired, but not overly exhausted/overwhelmed. Christen even dropped our dog back off at our house, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Christen and I know our pup hopes to see her again soon!
