I grew up with a dog and helped care for her her whole life, including her senior years. When she got older, I even gave her subcutaneous fluids under our vet’s guidance, so I’m comfortable with extra care when needed. I regularly pet sit for my sister’s dog and cat, have house and pet-sat for others locally, and I also take care of a friend’s two cats (I’ve known them since they were kittens!). I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities and always try to make them feel safe, loved, and at home while you’re away.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to stick closely to their usual routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all feeding instructions carefully, keep water fresh, and make sure walks, playtime, and bathroom breaks happen on schedule. For cats, I keep litter boxes clean and give them attention based on their personality. I’m very attentive to body language and behavior changes and will always keep you updated with photos and messages so you feel at ease while you’re away. I also treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. I keep things tidy, secure, and exactly how you left them.

Rebooked Christell and it was a great experience again! She sent lots of photos throughout the day and made sure both of my cats received their meds and food on time and were well taken care of! My scaredy-cat seems to really have taken to her as well, which is always heart-warming to see!
Christell is very sweet and was great with my kitties! She was able to manage their specific dietary and medication needs easily. They both seemed calm and happy in her presence during her stay; even my scaredy-cat came out to spend time with her. We received lots of updates w/ pics/videos and our home was kept in good care while we were gone. Overall great experience, and would recommend her to others!

We reached out to Christell for last minute walks for our senior dog while we were out of town for an evening. She showed promptly for the walks and sent us wonderful updates. Our dog is a little quirky on walks (he freezes) and she figured out a way to keep him moving! We also have a cat at home who got lots of attention. Schedule
I work remotely full-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the day. I love taking a mid-day break to get outside for a walk, and I’d be happy to include your pup in that routine! Since I’m home during the day, I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feedings, playtime, and litter box care. I’m also free in the evenings for additional visits or overnight care. Your pet would get consistent attention and won’t be left alone for long stretches.

- Please let me know if your dog or cat has any specific needs, health concerns, or medications that need to be given while you are away. Clear instructions help me make sure your pet stays on their normal routine and feels comfortable. I would also love to hear about your pet’s personality! Are they shy or outgoing? Do they have any fears, favorite toys, or interesting habits? Knowing what is typical for them helps me quickly recognize if anything seems out of the ordinary. It’s also super helpful to know their feeding schedule, exercise routine, bathroom habits, and any training cues or commands they respond to. If there are certain behaviors you are working on or rules you would like reinforced, I’m happy to stick with what you practice at home! I want to provide care that feels familiar and supportive, so the more I know about your pet, the better I can meet their individual needs :))
