I have experience caring for both puppies and adult dogs of all breeds, including those with special medical needs that require medication. I’m also very comfortable with shy or timid dogs and always take a patient, gentle approach to help them feel safe and at ease. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities, and I pride myself on being reliable and punctual. Although I work full-time, I have flexibility throughout the day to ensure your dog’s needs are met, including extra care or attention when needed. My home is pet-friendly and welcoming, with a securely fenced backyard where dogs can safely play and explore. I also have a friendly dog who enjoys the company of other pups, helping create a calm and social environment where visiting dogs can feel at home.

Christa fid an excellent job taking care of our Chewy and kept us updated on how his week was going. Wouldn't hesitate on using her again.
Christa was great with Sadie and Brody. She was able to release Brody’s puppy energy while also being attentive to Sadie’s cat like laid back personality. She was very responsive as well. Especially when I was missing my babies We will definitely be asking her to return when we have upcoming travels.
She did great with our German Sheppard. She sends updates through out the stay and is responsive for anything you may need. Highly recommend.
Christa took great care of my fur baby! Sent updates and videos! Our Rosie girl had the best time and played her heart out. She was tuckered out when she got home. Will definitely book with her again!

We were so worried about leaving SaraBella with a new sitter as we have only lived here one month. But she was exceptional! She sent pictures, texted and kept a log of when SaraBella ate and went to the bathroom. I highly recommend Christa and will continue to use her.

Schedule
Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I make sure my dog gets at least an hour of exercise every day, whether that’s through walks, playtime, or a mix of both. On weekends, I love taking my pup on longer adventures or extended walks to keep things fun and enriching. Caring for pets isn’t something I have to “fit in”—it’s a priority and an enjoyable part of my lifestyle.

In my home, pets are treated like family. I provide a safe, pet-friendly environment with a fenced backyard for play and plenty of supervised attention throughout the day. I make sure visiting dogs feel comfortable and cared for, whether that’s through regular walks, playtime, or simply giving them the affection they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine consistent and familiar. That includes feeding, exercise, administering medications if needed, and, of course, spending quality time with them so they feel secure while their family is away. My goal in either setting is to give pets the same love and attention I give my own.

I love taking dogs to Zemurray Park, where there’s open green space and a relaxed setting that’s perfect for walks, sniffing around, and a little downtime in nature. Chappapeela Sports Park Dog Park is another favorite—it has separate areas for small and large dogs, giving pups a safe place to run, socialize, and burn off energy. For longer outings, nearby trails and natural areas like Tickfaw State Park offer beautiful shaded boardwalks and peaceful scenery where dogs can experience new sights and smells in a calm, enriching environment. Even simple walks around friendly neighborhoods or parts of the Southeastern Louisiana University area provide great enrichment and routine exercise. Whether it’s a park adventure, a structured dog park visit, or a quiet walk through nature, I make sure every dog in my care gets the exercise, stimulation, and attention they need to feel happy and balanced.
