Day time adventures with your dog!
I have had cats and dogs and mice and fish my whole life, and have been many people's go-to consultant for care and advice, and for taking care of their pets when they're out of town. I am one of those people that folks say have "a way with animals". Always have, even when I was a toddler. I can administer medications and injections, help with puppy training, and bring your shy pet out of his or her shell. I rescued my own kitties when they were only a week old and syringe and bottle-fed them and reared them up to be sturdy upright feline citizens of the world. I'm good with the "difficult" cases, and a gentle loving companion to the seniors. I do this because I adore and feel a bond with all animals and creatures of all kinds. :)

Christa is exceptional with animals. A lifelong animal lover, she connects easily with dogs and cats alike. She is highly skilled at communicating with and understanding their unique temperaments and personalities. She is also professional and trustworthy. Any pet is lucky to be in her care.
Christa is a lifelong animal lover – ask her to tell you the story about how she nurtured her pet mouse with cancer when she was a teenager! I have seen her lovingly nurse geriatric cats with medical issues, provide round-the-clock attention for a litter of kittens whose mother died before they were weaned, and take in and re-home strays, in addition to the assiduous care she gives her own dog and cats. She is patient, thoughtful, has a great sense of humor, and is passionate about the welfare of all animals.
I have known Christa for over almost fifteen years and she is beyond any possible competition the most loving pet parent I know. For years Christa was my own precious dog Eva's fairy dogmother, with whom I would leave her for long stretches at a time because of work. When I would return the smile and contentment on Eva's face was undeniable. Christa treats her all animals, including her own collection of angels, with the attention, interest, love, respect, and curiosity she would any any human friend--probably more. Her own dog, Lucy, is a wise, attentive sidekick who Christa treats as an equal, and I know from experience this is how she would and does regard any visiting furry angel in her charge. She understands the joy of adventures, fresh air, engagement, snuggling, and community among creatures. If you are lucky enough to engage Christa's time and care, do not hesitate. She is the best there is.

Schedule
I am available for morning and mid-day walks and drop-ins, and some evening walks depending on the day, and evening drop-ins most days of the week.
