I love and respect all animals! You can trust me to make the right decisions to ensure your pet’s safety and happiness while you’re out and about. If you need boarding- I prefer dogs only under 40 lbs, but can accommodate large dogs as long as they are gentle and have some basic command training. Dogs that I board must be potty-trained and cat-curious or cat-friendly. I have a mowed fenced-in backyard for your dog to let loose in. I would prefer to crate your dog at night or if I am away for a couple of hours because I'd like for my cats to be able to move around freely in their space without being chased. If your dog isn't crate trained, I can also keep them with a blanket, dog bed, and toys in my guest room or living room with a shut door. I will never leave your dog(s) with my cats unattended and I will never leave your dog for more than 4 hours during the day (I'm normally around but work in the mornings, and do sometimes run errands in the afternoon) and 7-8 hours at night (I do like my sleep and don't sleep with dogs... but I can get up if they bark or whine. I'd hear them through my door!) I will adhere exactly to the schedule you give me and check on them exactly as you ask, plus probably a little more during the day. Think of me as a neighbor that you ask to watch your dog- you’re just paying me and can ask for me to do other simple things with your dog such as brush or walk them! Since we work at a campsite, I would love to walk your dog around the camp. It’s a safe and quiet forest environment with lots of trails! I’m here to help you and your pet while you are away.
